Custom Orders

If You Can Imagine It, Ask Me

Custom work is a big part of what I do. If you can imagine it on a product, there’s a good chance I can help make it happen. I work best with people who have a rough idea, a logo, a sketch, a half-finished file, or even just a sentence that starts with, “Could you make…”

I handle small runs, one-off projects, event needs, crew gear, and business materials with the same mindset: make it useful, make it look sharp, and be honest about what is realistic.

Things I Can Help With

I can do custom orders for shirts, hoodies, signs, labels, crew gear, business items, and a lot more. That includes tote bags, cozies like can coolers and cup sleeves, uniforms, jackets, duffel bags, large format laminated signs, large format art prints up to 13×19 inches, brochures, multifold brochures, handouts, and presentation materials.

For events and organizations, I can help tie the pieces together so your shirts, signage, handouts, and table materials look like they belong to the same operation instead of being thrown together at the last second.

How Custom Work Starts

Send me what you have and tell me what you’re trying to accomplish. Photos, logos, sketches, old files, examples, measurements, deadlines, quantities, and budget limits all help me give you a realistic answer.

If the job needs more lead time, I’ll tell you. If the artwork needs cleanup before it can print well, I’ll tell you. If there’s a smarter way to make the thing, I’ll tell you that too.

If I can’t do it, I’ll point you toward someone who can. I would rather send you in the right direction than pretend every job fits my shop.

I’ll Put Graphics on Just About Anything

Got something you want graphics on? Bring it. I’ll put my work on just about anything, and I specialize in figuring out the right placement, the right size, and the right approach for whatever you’ve got in front of me. Creative placement is the fun part: finding exactly the right spot for a graphic on an unusual item, an existing garment, a uniform, a jacket, a bag, or something that doesn’t fit the usual catalog mold.

You don’t have to buy the item from me to get my work on it. If you already have shirts, uniforms, jackets, or gear you want customized, I can work with that. If you already have your own shirt vendor and just need extra graphics added, a sleeve hit, a chest hit, a back graphic, names, numbers, or something more unusual, send ’em my way and I’ll help you make it look intentional.

This is one of the places where hand work matters. I enjoy the problem-solving side of custom orders: looking at the item, the shape, the material, and the way it’ll actually be used, then finding the spot and size that make the graphic feel like it belongs there.

Print Methods: DTF, DTG & HTV Vinyl

I can help match the print method to the project, whether that’s DTF (Direct to Film) for bold transfers, DTG (Direct to Garment) for direct apparel printing, or HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) when the finish itself needs to be part of the design.

Vinyl is where you can really express yourself — I’m talking mirror, metallic, glow-in-the-dark, holographic, reflective, thick Brick 600, textured, and even hybrid HTV-DTF combos. If you can imagine it, there’s probably a vinyl for it.

This is the kind of craft work I get excited about: the texture, the shine, the weird specialty finish that makes a shirt or small-batch run feel like it was made for exactly the right crew.
