FAQ

What is the difference between in-house and print-on-demand items?

In-house items are packed and shipped from my Oregon workshop. Some are printed by me, and some, like metal signs, are printed by a specialist vendor and then shipped to me so I can pack and send them out. print-on-demand items are printed on demand and shipped directly by my fulfillment partner.

What shirt colors do you keep in stock?

My stocked apparel colors are Black, White, and Orange. Those are the colors I can normally handle in-house for eligible apparel.

Can I order a shirt in a color that’s not listed?

Usually, yes. If the color is not one I stock, I can often set it up as a special order through my print-on-demand partner. Use the Contact page and tell me what color, size, and design you want.

How long does shipping take?

In-house items usually ship in 2–3 business days from my Oregon workshop. print-on-demand items are made to order, so production time can vary before the package ships. Product pages will identify which fulfillment path applies.

Do you ship internationally?

International availability depends on the product and fulfillment method. my fulfillment partner can support many international destinations, while in-house shipping may be more limited. Contact me before placing an international order if you want me to confirm options.

Can I submit my own artwork for a custom shirt?

Yes. Custom artwork and one-off apparel are part of the roadmap and I can review project requests through the Contact page. Send what you have and I’ll tell you what is possible.

Do you offer bulk or group orders?

Yes. I can help with crew shirts, small business runs, event packages, labels, wristbands, lanyards, laminated crew cards, banners, and similar short-run needs. Bigger or more complex orders need more lead time.

What is your return policy?

Because many items are made to order or customized, returns depend on the product and the issue. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact me and I’ll help make it right. Custom and made-to-order items usually can’t be returned just because of a change of mind.

How do I request design services or small business products?

Use the Contact page and describe what you need, when you need it, and any artwork or references you already have. I quote design work and short-run business products per project.

Why do some items say “fulfilled by my fulfillment partner”?

I use my fulfillment partner when stocking the item myself does not make sense for a one-person workshop. That includes mugs, select hoodies, kids shirts, and non-stock apparel colors. It lets me offer more choices without pretending I’ve warehouse space I don’t have.

Can I pay in installments?

PayPal and Stripe may offer installment or pay-later options at checkout when an order qualifies. Availability depends on the payment provider, order details, and customer eligibility.

How far in advance should I order for a festival or event?

For festival orders, I like having everything in at least a month before the date you need it. The more complex the package, the more lead time helps. Contact me early and I’ll help map out what is realistic.
